William George Wolke

William George Wolke, 58, of Continental, died at 6:20 a. m. Friday in Defiance
city hospital after an illness of 10 years.
He was born in Ottoville and had been a resident of Putnam-co all his life. He was a member of St. John's Catholic church in Continental. On June 10, 1919, he was married to Anna Averesch who survives.
Also surviving are three sons Elmer, Continental; Hilarius of Continental and Pfc, Marcelinus with the Army in Germany; five daughters, Margaret, Rosella and Mrs. Dolores Verhoff of Continental, Mrs. Irleen Siebeneck of Leipsic and Mrs. Agnes Wyant of Leipsic; five grandchildren: four brothers, Edward of Kalida, Albert of Glandorf and Joseph and Harry of Cleveland; four sisters, Mrs. Anna Averesch of Kalida; Mrs. Mathilda Bearley of Toledo, Mrs. Regina Fenbert of Ottawa, and Mrs. Loretta Fischer of Ottoville.
Arrangements in charge of the Walls-Walker funeral home, Continental, are incomplete.

Florian A. Schmersal
Funeral services for Florin A. Schmersal, 52, of 639 W. First-st, will be held at 9 a. m. Wednesday in St. John's Catholic church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He died at 2:20 a. m. Sunday in his home after a nine-month illness.
Born Sept. 14, 1900, at Ottoville he was married June 22, 1920 to Reginia Koetter.
He was a member of St. John's Catholic church and until his illness had been employed at the Suever Stone quarry at Landeck.
Surviving are his widow, a daughter, Mrs. Richard Moenter, Delphos; a son, Leroy, Lima; two grandchildren; a half sister, Mrs. Catherine Leis, Delphos; five half brothers, Albert Schmersal, Delphos; William and Charles Looser, Ottoville; Henry Looser, Dayton, and Joseph Looser, Ft. Jennings.
The body will be at the Kolkmeyer funeral home until time of services.

Eugenia F. Schneeg
            Mrs. Jennie Deck Schneeg, 75, a former resident of Putnam County, died at her home in Ft. Wayne, Ind., at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.
            Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at Ottoville. Rev. J. F. Frommherz, pastor, will officiate and burial will be made in St. Mary’s cemetery.
            Mrs. Schneeg was born at Glandorf on May 8, 1877. She married Joseph Schneeg and he died in 1942. She moved to Ft. Wayne from Ottoville 10 years ago.
            Surviving are a son, Lawrence Schneeg, and a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Pease, both of Ft. Wayne. There is one grandchild. Also surviving are two brothers, Henry Deck, Ottawa and Louis Deck, Witchita, Kan., and two sisters, Mrs. Kate Brunk, Delphos and Alvina Roof, Ottawa.

Eleanora Brinkman
Services will be at 9:30 a. m. Wednesday in Immaculate Conception Catholic church here for Miss Eleanora Brinkman, 58, of Ottoville, who died Friday in Lima St. Rita's hospital.
Miss Brinkman was born in Ottoville Mar. 25, 1894. She is survived by a brother, Sylvester Brinkman, Ottoville, and four sisters, Mrs. Louis Ricker and Miss Mary Brinkman, both of Ottoville, Mrs. Edward Schwertner, Cleveland, and Sister M. Irene, CPPS, Maria Stein.
The Rev. J. F. Frommherz, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary’s cemetery.
The body will remain at the Kolkmeyer funeral home, Delphos, until the services.

August C. Eickholt
August C. Eickholt, 59, former manager of the Hixon-Peterson Lumber Co. here, died at 7 p. m. Sunday shortly after suffering a heart attack.
A native of Ottoville, Eickholt was born July 20, 1893. He was a veteran of World War I, a member of Col. Jennings post, American Legion; Van Wert-co chapter, Disabled American Veterans; Jacob P. Smith post, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Ottoville; Delphos Eagles lodge and Immaculate Conception Catholic church, Ottoville.
Surviving are his wife, Martha, three brothers, John and Edward, Ottoville, and Barney, Delphos; three sisters, Mrs. Clara Bishop and Mrs. Dean Wurst, Lima, and Mrs. Terese Humberger, Convoy.
The body was removed to the Kolkmeyer funeral home, Delphos.
Requiem high mass will be at 9:30 a. m. Thursday in Immaculate Conception church, Ottoville, with the Rev. J. F. Frommherz, celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary’s
cemetery.

Ralph Siler
            Ralph Siler, 66, Lima, formerly of Ottoville, died at 11:30 Monday noon as the result of injuries received in an accident at the Lima Ordnance Depot. He was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Rita’s Hospital. He suffered a severe head injury in addition to lacerations when he was struck by lumber, which slid from a pile in the warehouse.
            Mr. Siler and his family operated a restaurant at Ottoville for a number of years. His wife was the former Gertrude Otte of that village.
            He is survived by his widow; a son, Thomas, of Lima; five daughters, Mrs. Fern Lubie, of Chicago, Mrs. Virginia Pugsley, Mrs. Mary K. Zink and Mrs. Celeste Johns, Lima and Sister Mary Philip of Denver, Colo,; five grandchildren, a brother and one sister.
            Funeral services were held Thursday morning in St. Gerard’s Catholic Church, Lima.

Jenie Marie Trenkmap
            Janis Marie, 23-day old infant of Mr. and Mrs. John A. Trenkamp of Route 3, Ft. Jennings, died at one o’clock Thursday afternoon of last week while being removed to St. Rita’s Hospital, Lima.
            The infant was born on February 3, 1953. She is survived by her parents, a brother, Thomas; the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Beohmer, Ft. Jennings, and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Anna Trenkamp, Ottoville.
            An Angel Mass was offered at 8:15 Saturday morning in the Immaculate Conception church at Ottoville. Burial was made in the church cemetery.

Bridget Eggeman
Bridget Eggeman, 72, Route 2, Ft. Jennings, died at 5:15 p. m. Tuesday in her residence after an illness of five weeks.
Born Oct. 3, 1880, in Ottoville, she was married on Nov. 4, 1903, to Ferdinand Eggeman who survives.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church and the altar society.
Surviving besides her husband, are five sons, Frederick and Cletus of Ft. Jennings, Gregory of Ottoville, Herbert and Harold of Delphos; two daughters, Mrs. Rita Few of Route 6, Lima, and Genevieve of Toledo; five sisters, Mrs. Rose Bensman and Mrs. Catherine Plescher of Ottoville, Mrs. Barbara Mauery of Toledo, Mrs. Charles Giesken of Chesaning, Mich, and Mrs. Anna Kehres of Delphos; four brothers, Andrew Bendele of Ottoville, John and Frank, of Ft. Jennings, and Leo of Delphos, and 12 grandchildren.
Requiem high mass will be at 9:30 a. m. Saturday in St. Joseph's church. The Rev. John Miller will be the celebrant and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Henry John Ruen
Henry Ruen, 82, died at 7:35 p. m. Monday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lawrence Falke, 632 W. First-st, after an illness of six weeks.
Born June 6, 1870, in Ottoville, he was a member of the Immaculate Conception church, Ottoville, Catholic Knights of Ohio, and St. Joseph's society. He was married July 23, 1895, in Rock Valley, Iowa, to Mary Reifers, who died in 1948.
Surviving are Mrs. Falke an four other daughters, Mrs. Fred Brinkman of Lima, Mrs. George King of Ottoville, Mrs. Harry Walke of Cleveland, and Mrs. Frank Mesker of Delphos; two sons, William of Delphos, and Albert of Ottoville; two brothers, William
Cloverdale, and Frank of Ottawa two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Schmersal of Elida, Mrs. Anna Trenkamp of Ottoville, 39 grandchildren an 10 great-grandchildren.
Requiem high mass will be a 10 a. m. Thursday in the Immaculate Conception church. The Rev A. F. Frommherz will be the celebrant and burial will be in St. Mary’s cemetery, Ottoville. The body will remain at the Kolkmeyer funeral home, Delphos.

Josephine Brickner
Mrs. Josephine Brickner, 84, died at 10:30 p. m. Friday at the home of her son, John, a mile south of Ottoville, after suffering a heart attack.
Mrs. Brickner was born Feb. 19, 1869, in Ottoville. She married Joseph Brickner in 1890. He died in 1936.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Emilie Bettering, Wapakoneta; six sons, George, Leo and John, Ottoville, William and Joseph, Delphos, and Andrew, Cloverdale; 33 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; and two brothers, Edward Miller, Celina, and George Miller, Ottoville.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic church at Ottoville.
Services will be held in the church at 9:30 a. m. Tuesday with burial in the church cemetery. The body is at the Kolkmeyer funeral home.

John Huber
Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Tuesday in the Evangelical United Brethern church here for John Huber, 68, of E. Euclid-st, who died at 9-05 p. m. Saturday in Lima St. Rita's hospital of complications of diseases.
He had been in ill health for a year and seriously ill for two weeks.
The services will be conducted by the Rev. N. D. Bevis and burial will be in Walnut Grove cemetery. The body was moved Sunday night from the Harter and Son funeral home to the residence.
Born Feb. 14, 1885, in Putnam-co, Mr. Huber was an employee of Allen-co and had lived in Delphos 40 years. March 31, 1916, at Ottawa, he married Bessie Gordon, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Cyril Gordon, E. Euclid-st; a stepson, Russell Gordon, Ft. Wayne; a brother, Frank H., Ottoville, and six grandchildren.

Alphonse J. Honingford
DIES SUNDAY AT LIMA HOME
           Death of Alphonse J. Honingford Occurs Sunday-Widow, Two Children, Five Sisters Survive-Funeral Wednesday In Lima.
            A requiem high mass will be intoned at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday in St. John's Catholic Church, Lima, for Alphonse J. Honingford, 61, of that city, retired Nickel Plate railroad car inspector, who died Sunday, March 29, 1953, in St. Rita's Hospital, Lima. Burial will be made in Gethsemani cemetery, Lima.
            Mr. Honingford was a resident of Lima the past thirty-one years and was well known here.
            Surviving are his widow, Leona; a son, Harold, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Iona Judd, Battle Creek, Mich.; three grandchildren; and five sisters, Mrs. Anna Brandehoff and Mrs. Bertha Stettler, Plymouth, Ind.; Mrs. Edna Wunderle, Cleveland, Mrs. Irma Hurry, Convoy, and Mrs. Martha Rode, East Third Street. A brother, Leander A. Honingford, died September 16, 1952.

            The remains are at the Siferd and Son Funeral Home, Lima, where friends may call.

Anna Shirack
Funeral rites for Mrs. Anna Shirack, 67, formerly of here who died at 11 a. m. Wednesday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Arnold Potts, in Ottawa, will be held at 10:30 a. m. Saturday in St. John's Catholic church here. On Monday a solemn high mass will be offered at 8 a. m. in the church. Burial will be made Saturday in the church cemetery.
She was born in Ottoville on November 2, 1884 to Joseph and Mary Meyer Schneider. She married Joseph Schirack on May 24, 1904 at Ottoville.
Surviving are six daughters; two sons; three sisters, Mrs. Lewis Wannemacher of Ottoville, Mrs. Ferd Vincke of Lima and Mrs. Martha Miller of Troy; four brothers, Oliver Schneider, Edward Schneider, both of Delphos, Albert Schneider, of Owosso, Mich., and Rudy Schneider of Saginaw, Mich.
She was a member of St. John's Catholic church here, the American Legion auxiliary, the Catholic Knights of America and the church altar society.
The body will be at the Kolkmeyer funeral home until time of services in the church Saturday.

James F. Martin
James F. Martin, 70 of 614 Skinner-st, Delphos, died in his home at 12:25 a. m. Wednesday, after an illness of two years.
Mr. Martin was born near Ottoville, September 10, 1882, and Marie Millie Wholtman at Ottawa, Aug. 30, 1913. He had resided in Delphos for the last 33 years.
Surviving, besides the widow are four sons, Howard, Richard James and Joseph: four daughters Mrs. Floyd Feathers, Mrs. John Hoorer. Mrs. Emory Lucas and Mrs. Robert Whitaker, all of Delphos: 22 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren: three brothers Henry and Louis, Delphos, Charles, Fremont: and a sister Mrs. Frank Boberg. Delphos.
Mr. Martin was a member of the Delphos Coon and Sportsmen's club and the Antioch Christian Union church, north of Ottoville.
Services will be at 4 p. m. Friday the Harter and Son funeral Home with the Rev. N. D. Bevis officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove cemetery.

William A. Bigelow
William A. Bigelow, Sr., 79, owner and manager of the Bigelow Building Razing and Moving Co. 50 years, died at 10 p. m. Tuesday in his home, a mile east of here.
He had been ill the last four weeks. A native of Buckland he was married to Josephine M. Sanders Oct. 8, 1902, and she survives.
He was a member of the Immaculate Conception church. Surviving besides his widow are four daughters, Mrs. Edward Weiging and Mrs. Edward Horstman, both of Ft. Jennings, Mrs. Arley Kiefer of Swanton and Mrs. Howard Spencer of Ottoville; four sons, William A., Jr., of Toledo, Hillary J. and Walter J., both of Ottoville, and Ralph F. of Vale, Ore.; 35 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Amos of Delphos and George of Van Wert, and a sister, Mrs. Mollie Folk of Lima.
The body will remain in the Kolkmeyer funeral home, Delphos, pending, completion of arrangements.

Delphos Woman Killed by Train Mrs. Wanstroth's Death Is Suicide
A Delphos woman was killed instantly at 1:35 a. m. Wednesday as she stood in the path of a speeding Pennsylvania railroad passenger train at the Pierce st crossing here.
The death of Mrs. Sophia Wanstroth, 59, of 609 Lima-av, was ruled a suicide Wednesday by Dr. Richard J. Biery, Allen-co coroner. She had been despondent over ill health in recent weeks, the coroner was informed.
Engineer of the train, J. A. Schoenle of Ft. Wayne, told Dr. Biery his eastbound train was a block from the Pierce-st crossing when he saw the woman standing on the tracks at the crosswalk. She stood still, facing the train, until it struck her, he said.
The impact threw her body about 200 feet east of the crossing and about 50 feet south of the tracks according to Allen-co sheriff's deputies, who investigated.
MRS. WANSTROTH had been employed, until hospitalized recently, as custodian in the Gramm Trailer Corp. offices, Delphos.
She was born April 1, 1894, in Ottoville. Her husband, Frederick J. Wanstroth, died in 1947. She was a member of St. John's Catholic church, Delphos.
Survivors are a son, Melvin J. Wanstroth, Sandusky; a daughter Mrs. Louise E. Kerr, 721 Mt. Holyoke st, Lima; two brothers, Frank Willacker, San Diego, Calif., and William Willacker, Flint, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Lucy Schwertner, Flint, and Mrs. Gertrude Guendelsberger, Sandusky.
The body will be removed from the Kolkmeyer funeral home to the residence at noon Thursday. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Caroline Allemeier
Mrs. Caroline Allemeier, 76, a former resident of Delphos, died at the home of her son, Edmund, in Jackson, Mich., Saturday.
Born in Ottoville, May 7, 1877, she was married in 1899 to Conrad Allemeier.
She was a member of Delphos St. John's Catholic church.
Surviving are her husband, the son; two daughters, Mrs. Leona Good, Jackson, Mich., and Mrs. Alma Amps, Toledo; five brothers, John, Louis and Andrew Perrin, all of Grand Rapids, Mich., Michael of Ringwood, Ill., and Joseph in Canada; a sister, Mrs. Clara Wannamaker, Toledo, and two grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at St. John's church at 9 a. m. Tuesday with the Rev. Carl Reineck in charge. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery, Ft. Jennings.
Friends may call at the Kolkmeyer funeral home, Delphos after Monday noon.

August S. Wannemacher
            August S. Wannemacher, 81, retired farmer and former Cloverdale councilman for 20 years died in St. Rita’s Hospital, Lima, Tuesday morning at 6:15. He had been in ill health for the past three weeks suffering from complications.
            Mr. Wannemacher was born at Ottoville on August 28, 1871, a son of Ferdinand and Barbara Wannemacher, and had resided in Putnam County all of his life.
            He was married to Ann Schurer on November 12, 1901. She preceded him in death in 1924. He is survived by seven children, Mrs. Frank Roebker, Ambrose, Jerome, Oscar and Otmar Wannemacher of Cloverdale; Mrs. Edward Morman, Columbus Grove, and Mrs. Robert Scheckelhoff, of Leipsic; 19 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
            Three children, six brothers and sisters are deceased.
            Mr. Wannemacher was a member of St. Barbara’s Catholic church, Cloverdale, and the Catholic Knights of Ohio.
            Funeral services will be held in the Cloverdale Church Friday morning at nine o’clock. Rev. Carl Willacker, the pastor, will officiate. Burial will be made in the church cemetery.
            The body has been removed to the family residence from the Fischer funeral home.

Russel H. Burke
Stricken at Work Restaurant Operator Heart Attack Victim
Russell H. Burke, 59, Route 1 Elida, died of a heart attack at the First Lima drug store, 201 W. Market- st, at 8 a. m. Monday.
A well known restaurant manager and chef, Mr. Burke had been manager of the restaurant at the store for the last two years.
He had said he was feeling ill when he opened the restaurant Monday morning and Davis-Miller and Son ambulance was called. He was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Rita's hospital.
Mr. Burke had operated the Lost Creek Country Club dining room until two years ago. He had formerly worked at the Old Manhattan restaurant and the White cafe.
He was born in Cridersville and had lived in the Lima area all his life, mostly engaging in the restaurant business.
He was a member of St Gerard's Church and the Holy Name society if the church He was also a member of the Elks lodge and the American Lesion. He was a veteran of World War I.
He is survived by his widow, Clara; three sisters, Mrs. Lela Saddler and Mrs. Jennie Baumgardner, both of Cridersville, and Mrs. G. U. Chapin, Lafayette.
The body is at the Cantwell funeral home. Arrangements are incomplete.

Matilda Bendele
            Mrs. Matilda Bendele, 71, died suddenly of a heart attack at her home two and on half miles northwest of Ottoville at 7:00 a.m. Monday.
            Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. today, Thursday, in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Ottoville. Burial was in the church cemetery.
            Mrs. Bendele was born April 12, 1881, in Ottoville, the daughter of John and Caroline Sanders. She married Andrew Bendele on November 15, 1904 and he survives.        
            Children surviving are Edward, at home; Mrs. Marcella Ankenbruch, Ft. Wayne, Ind., Norbert, Ottoville; Mrs. Alma Warnament, Kalida; Hubert, Ottoville; Fred, New Haven, Ind.; Elmer, Ottoville, and Mrs. Mildred Nuttle, New Haven. There are 26 grandchildren.
            Other survivors include a brother, John Sanders, and two sisters, Mrs. Josephine Bigelow and Mrs. Louise Schneider, all of Ottoville.
            Mrs. Bendele was a member of the Immaculate Conception church, and the Alter Rosary Society of the parish.

Henry Charles Wannemacher
Death Claims Ottoville Man
Henry Wannemacher, 94, father of Mrs. Royce Baxter of East Main Street, died Sunday morning at his home in Ottoville.
A retired farmer, he was born February 27, 1859, in Putnam County, where spent his entire lifetime. His wife died January 21, 1948.
Surviving are 10 children, Mrs. Baxter of this city, Mrs. George Fierstos of Wabash, Ind., Ralph of Wauseon, Mrs. Lulu Bendele of Ft. Wayne, Ind., Mrs. A. W. Lauer of Detroit, Gilbert of Ann Arbor, Mich., Otmer Wannemacher and Mrs. Bernard Ricker, both of Delphos, and Robert M. and Edwin, both of Ottoville; 36 grandchildren. 48 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Two children preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be conducted at 9:30 a. m. Wednesday at the Immaculate Conception Church in Ottoville and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mary Clara Ruen
Mrs. Mary C. Ruen, 72, wife of Frank W. Ruen. Ottoville, died at 4:30 p. m. Monday in a Lima physician's office in the National Bank bldg of a heart attack. Mrs. Ruen had gone to the office for a check-up.
Mrs. Ruen had been in ill health several months. She was a native of Ottoville and was married to Frank W. Ruen June 1, 1904.
She was a member of the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Ottoville, the Altar and Rosary society and the Catholic Knights of Ohio.
Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Alex, at home, and John, Ottawa; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Heitt, Landeck; Martha Ruen, Ottoville, and Mrs. Marcella Wannemacher, Delphos; a brother, Joseph Schlagbaum, Ottoville; two sisters. Miss Louisa Schlagbaum, Cloverdale, and Mrs. John Giesken. Landeck.
The body will remain in the Kolkmeyer funeral home, Delphos, until requiem high mass at 9:30 a. m. Thursday in the Immaculate Conception church. Ottoville. The Rev. J. F. Frommherz will be celebrant and burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery, Ottoville.

Genevieve R. Becker
Mrs. Genevieve Becker, 28, wife of Melvin Becker here, died Tuesday in St. Rita's hospital. Lima.
She was born Oct. 20, 1924 to Mr. and Mrs. Joe Beining of west of Ottoville. Her marriage took place here May 1, 1943. She was, a member of the VFW auxiliary here and Immaculate Conception Catholic church.
Surviving besides her husband and parents are two sisters, Mrs. Marcus Miller, Ottoville and Mrs. Ralph Ricker, Delphos; four brothers, Arthur, Joseph Jr., and Eugene,
of Ottoville, and Walter Beining of St. Mary’s.
The body is at the Kolkmeyer funeral home where it will remain until church services at Immaculate Conception church at 9:30 a. m. Friday. The Rev. J. F. Fromherz
will officiate. Burial will be made in St. Mary's cemetery south of Ottoville.

Louis Herman
Louis Herman, 80, retired farmer of Ottoville, died at St. Rita’s hospital at 2:15 a.m. Saturday from a cerebral hemorrhage.
Born March 31, 1873, he was a member of the Immaculate Conception church. Several nieces and nephews survive.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Immaculate Conception church at 9:30 a. m. Tuesday with Rev. J. F. Fromherz in charge. Friends may call at the Kolkmeyer
funeral home in Delphos.

Ora Thomas
Mrs. Frank (Ora) Thomas, 68, of 243 Burt Street, died at 2 p. m. Monday, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Robert Kear of Burt Street. She had been in failing health for two months.
A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Epps, she was born January 29, 1885, at Ottoville. She has been a resident of this city for 20, years, moving here from Grover Hill. She was well known as a seamstress.
Mrs. Thomas was a member of Wesley Methodist Church and a member of the OIC Class of the church.
Surviving are her husband, whom she married February 12, 1904; her daughter, Mrs. Rear; a son, Lester L. Thomas of Union Township; a foster daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Walker of Grass Lake, Mich., and one grandchild.
Funeral services in charge of the Gamble-Alspach Funeral Home will be conducted at 2 p. m. Wednesday, at Wesley Methodist Church, Rev. Burt Bussard and Rev. C. P. Maas to officiate. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the residence at 243 Burt Street.

Mary A. Klima
Mary A. Klima. 71, Route 3 Delphos, died at 2:20 a. in Thursday at St. Rita's hospital Lima. She was admitted June 29
She was born Sept 3, 1881, in Ottoville, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kieffer. She was married to John Klima, May 4, 1904 in Ottoville. He died Nov. 15 1936.
She was a member of St Johns Catholic church and the Altar society of the church.
Surviving ere four sons, George and Sylvester, both of Delphos, and Alphonse and Edward, both of Jackson, Mich.; six daughters, Miss Martha Klima, Cincinnati; Mrs. Edna Grey, Cleveland; Mrs. Gertrude Freund, Landeck; Mrs. Margaret Kill, Wapakoneta; Mrs. Armella Brinkman and Mrs. Helen Schweller, both of Delphos.
The body is at the Kolkmeyer funeral home. Services 'are incomplete.

Herman Kemper
Funeral services for Herman Kemper, 67, farmer of three miles north of here, were held in Immaculate Conception Catholic church at 9.30 a. m. Wednesday with burial in the church cemetery. Mr. Kemper died suddenly of a heart attack Sunday morning in his home.
Surviving are his widow, the former Theresa Ricker, 13 children, Isadore, John and Joseph, all of Ottoville; Arnold with the U. S. Army; Henry, Leo and Lawrence, all of Delphos; Theresa and Agnes, both at home; Mrs. Lucile Wittler, Mrs. Bertha Gasser, both of Ottoville; Amelia Burdge and Frances Mucechuck, both of Dayton, and three sisters, Mrs. Martin Didion, H. Wayne; Mrs. Joe Hoehn, Ottoville, and Mrs. A. M. Kohn, Dearborn, Mich.
The body is at the family home, here friends may call.

Cheryl Lynn Sanders
Graveside services for an infant daughter born to Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sanders, 722 ½  Holly-st, Lima, were arranged for 2 p. m. Saturday in St. Mary’s cemetery, south of Ottoville.
The infant died in St. Rita's hospital early Friday afternoon shortly after birth.
Surviving besides the parents are the paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Logsdon, Fostoria, and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sanders, Ottoville.
Arrangements are in charge of the Kolkmeyer funeral home, in Delphos.

William Dickman
            William Dickman, 63, resident of Jackson township, until eight years ago, died in St. Louis Michigan, Tuesday after a long illness.
            He was born near Ottoville on January 27, 1888, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Dickman. His wife preceded him in death, in 1933.
            Surviving are nine children, Miss Anna Dickman, at home; Hubert, of Kalida; Philip and Mrs. Agnes Moggenberg, of Sheppard, Michigan; Mrs. Roman Schnipke, Deleware, Ohio; Ferdinand and Mrs. Harold Wueller, of St. Louis, Mich.; Edmund of Grand Ledge, Mich., and Mrs. Vincent Eickholt, of Delphos, and 36 grandchildren. A daughter died in infancy.
            Services were held in St. Louis this morning, Thursday, after which the body will be brought to the Louis Dickman home in Kalida. Last Rites will be held in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at Ottoville at 9:30 o’clock Saturday morning. Burial will be made in the church cemetery.

Arnold Ambrose Wannemacher
Arnold (Roxy) Wannemacher, 57, of 9041/2 S. Main St., an employee of Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton Corp., died in St. Rita's Hospital Wednesday afternoon after a long illness,
Born in Ottoville, Dec. 25, 1895, Mr. Wannemacher was a veteran of World War I. He never married.
He had been employed as a shop worker at B-L-H since 1945. Surviving are a brother, Urban, Ottoville; four sisters, Mrs. Fannie Auer, Cleveland; Mrs. Elenora Ells, Chicago; Mrs. Margaret Kaeser, Athens, Wis.; and Sister M. Antoinette, CPPS, Celina.
The body was removed to the Kolkmeyer Funeral Home. Delphos. Arrangements are incomplete.
