Joseph Louth, of Delphos, leader of the Auditorium orchestra, of this city, is preparing the Ottoville band, recently organized for the purpose of accompanying the fire department of that village to this city, June 19.

Notice to Contractors.
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received at the Clerk's office, in the Village of Ottoville, Putnam county, Ohio, until 12 o'clock a. m., on THURSDAY, JUNE 6th, 1907, for the furnishing of all necessary material and the building of a brick addition to school house in Ottoville Village School District, Monterey township according to the plans and specifications which will be on file a the Clerk's office on and after May 18th, 1907. Each bid must contain the name of every person interested in the same, and be accompanied by a sufficient guarantee of some disinterested person that if the bid is accepted, contract will be entered into and the performance of it properly secured and must be accompanied by a three hundred dollar bond to show good faith. None but the lowest responsible bid will be accepted and the Board may reject all bids. By order of the Board of Education.

Boxwell Commencement.
A class of three, Alex. Miller, Chas. Mallifske and Miss Anna Heckman, passed un examination under the Boxwell law, and commencement exercises were held at Ottoville, Thursday evening, an excellent program being rendered. The hall was crowded, every seat being taken, showing that the people of Ottoville take a great interest in education.
