Mrs. Mary Honnigfort, Wife Of Barney Honnigfort, Dies At
Her Home In Ottoville On Wednesday Morning At 5:30 O'clock - Death Is Due To
Heart Trouble - Funeral Saturday Morning At Nine O'clock At Ottoville
Mrs. Mary
Honnigfort, of Ottoville, Passed to her reward at her home at 5:30 O'clock
Wednesday morning. Her death was due to heart trouble from which she had been
ailing from for some time prior to her death. She was quite ill for about nine
to ten weeks before her death occurred.
Miss Mary
Bohn was born in Fort Jennings on September 10, 1862. She was sixty-three years
of age at the time of her death. She was united in marriage to Barney
Honnigfort, this union being blessed with seven children.
The family
has resided at Ottoville for a long time and is well and favorably known in
Ottoville and vicinity.
Those who
survive her death are her husband Barney Honnigfort, the following children,
Mrs. Andrew Brinkman, Glandorf; Frank Honnigfort, Fort Jennings; Will
Honnigfort, Cloverdale; Oliver Honnigfort, Kalida; Edward Honnigfort, Kalida; Mrs.
Charles Schimmoeller, of Ft. Jennings; and George Honnigfort at home. Two
brothers, Fred Bohn, of Delphos and Joseph Bohn, of Ottoville, and four
grandchildren, also survive.
The funeral
services will be held at the Immaculate Conception church at Ottoville Saturday
morning at nine o'clock. Burial will be made in the Immaculate Conception
cemetery.
